Who We Are

A Trusted Partner in Northeast Care

Continuum Care Limited is a private limited company (Company No. 16927533) providing specialist domiciliary care with a focus on live-in care.

We serve the diverse communities of Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, North Tyneside, South Tyneside and Northumberland, understanding the unique geographical challenges of our region, from urban centres to rural communities.

Our service is built on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to stay in their own home, regardless of the complexity of their care needs. We provide a sustainable and compassionate alternative to residential care.

Our Mission

"Continuum exists to provide exceptional, inclusive care without limits, supporting dignity, independence and wellbeing for all."

Care Without Limits

Our vision is to empower individuals across the Northeast to live independent and fulfilling lives, supported by compassionate care in the comfort of their own homes. We strive to set the standard for exceptional live-in care in the region, guided by an unwavering commitment to excellence and the cultivation of genuine and lasting relationships with every person we serve.

How We Work

Our Approach to Care

At Continuum Care, our small and dedicated team specialises in providing live-in care, ensuring everyone receives truly personal and attentive support in their own home.

Person-Centred Care

By living alongside our clients, we build strong and trusting relationships with them and their families, making it possible to meet every need, respect every right and honour every choice.

Consistency of Care

We provide a stable and familiar presence with a dedicated live-in caregiver, eliminating the "revolving door" of multiple daily visitors.

Responsive & Flexible

Our manageable size enables us to closely monitor the changing needs of every service user, adapting care plans swiftly when necessary.

Local Recruitment

We prioritise recruiting caregivers from the Northeast who understand the local culture and community.
