Continuum Care provides non-clinical personal care only, in line with CQC's regulated activity definitions. We do not deliver nursing or invasive clinical care.

Where clinical needs arise, we coordinate with district nursing services or other relevant healthcare professionals to ensure you receive the complete care you need.
